Christopher Peter Meloni, an American actor is best known for his part in the tv show Law & Order Special Victims Unit. His passion for acting started when he was in college. He completed his acting studies at University of Colorado at Boulder. Though he's appeared in films and on television however, it's his actors portrayed in small screen that has earned him fame. The actor has the ability to play characters from both the good and bad aspects that are part of our legal system. He is able capture the audiences attention effortlessly. His first project was a TV serial and later, he played a detective for the NYPD. Multiple times he was nominated for the prestigious Emmy Awards, and the PRISM Awards. The striking blue eyes that are said to make him look handsome. They've assisted in convey tough characters in a charming style. People's magazine's Sexiest Men Alive 2006 featured him.
