Christopher-Meloni

Christopher Peter Meloni (born Christopher Peter Meloni) is an American Actor, best known for his role as the star of the well-known TV series 'Law and Order Special Victims Unit. In his first years of college Meloni had a keen interest in the field of acting. He then studied at the University of Colorado at Boulder. Though he's appeared in films and in television shows however, it's his actors portrayed in small screen that have given him popularity. He can play both characters from the side of police officers and other. That's what makes him so popular. He was the serial killer role in his debut television show and then later played an NYPD detective. In recognition of his performance on the small screen, he's been nominated numerous times for the prestigious Emmy Awards. Eyes that are piercing blue on his face are considered to be the most appealing aspect of his appearance. These have been used for portraying rough characters, and make them more appealing. People's magazine listed him as one of the Sexiest Men Alive for 2006.
